My trip to Armenia
From This is me:
Well on July 12, 2005 I flew to New York and from there I flew to Austria and I got to spend a day in Vienna, Austria. It was an amazing day the city looked just like Paris not that Ive been there but from pictures and such things I can easily say that It was very similar. After spending a day in Austria we flew to Yerevan, Armenia. Yerevan is the capital city of Armenia. I was born in Kirovakan, Armenia which is now renamed to Vanadzor. Vanadzor is the third biggest city in Armenia. When we finally landed in Armenia on July 14, 2005 at 5:00am I was tired and it was dark so my first impression was not much. I can definetely say that the 21 days I spent there I will never forget. I got to go to my birthplace and to the house that i lived in for three years before i moved to la. unfortunatley most of it i didnt remember i had a very blurry vision in my head. but it was still so interesting to visit the many historical churches in armenia and to learn about how amazing the armenian race was and how we were the first chrisitian race ever. I am already planning my next trip hopefully God willing for next summer. the many things ive learned about where i come from the backgrounds behind my parents i learned about and learing to apreciate the simplest thing as being able to flush the toilet which many people in armenia dont have in their bathrooms, most dont even have actual toilets. I am very greatful for everything i have and i will do my best to help my people in Armenia and to be able to continue and pass on the armenian culture and history to my kids and their folowing generations.
